Smartphones nowadays, are becoming an
essential component of many lives. The
excessive use of Smartphone can result in its
addiction and various health hazards such as
variations in the normal body posture. It's
prolonged usage results in forward exion
posture of the head and may leads towards the
Text Neck Syndrome.
