Patient Satisfaction and Level of Functional Mobility after Physical Therapy Intervention of Chronic Neck Pain among Office Workers

Background: Work related musculoskeletal disorders are quite common among office workers in which neck pain has been seen among many officials.
Objective: The study aimed to investigate chronic neck pain among office workers
Methodology: A cross sectional study was conducted on office worker with chronic neck pain. Non probability Convenient Sampling was used. Data was collected from different workplaces from different hospitals regarding chronic neck issues will fulfill from NDI Questionnaire and Visual analogue scale use to check the pain after exercise.
Results: In this study total 104 participants took part in this survey the patient experienced improves in all measured outcomes, with a relief of neck pain and disability. Similarly, neck-related disability (NDI scores) decreased by 50% after the intervention. Clinically meaningful improvements in physical impairment measures also were observed.
Conclusions: This study found that majority of patients were satisfied with physiotherapy treatment and they reported no or less pain and also more functionally mobile after physical therapy intervention.
