Abstract

The concept of sustainable finance has drawn noteworthy attention in the recent past, primarily because it influenced many organizational outcomes, including employee well-being. This study looks into how employee well-being in service-oriented enterprises is impacted by sustainable finance. Finding out if implementing sustainable financial practices is associated with improved employee satisfaction and overall well-being is the main goal of the research. A structured survey was used along with a quantitative research approach to collect data from about 120 respondents who worked for companies that provided services. Validated scales for measuring components of employee well-being, such as overall well-being and work satisfaction, were included in the questionnaire. A purposive sampling strategy was used in the sampling process to ensure an accurate representation of various service sub-sectors. The use of regression analysis and correlation testing were two statistical techniques used in the data analysis process to find significant correlations between sustainable financial practices and markers of employee well-being. The results offer significant insights on how sustainable financial practices support a more strong and efficient workforce. Organizational policies are informed by this research, which highlights the potential benefits of using sustainability in financial decision-making processes. In conclusion, this research adds to the discussion on sustainable business practices and how they affect human resource management.
