COLLEGE STUDENTS’ ATTITUDES TOWARDS PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN PAKISTAN

The aim of the present research was to find out how college students felt about Physical Education as a subject. The investigation was conducted using a quantitative approach. A questionnaire was created, and responses were collected using a 5 point Likert scale. Total 300 college students were randomly sampled using random sampling techniques (200 males and 100 females). According to the findings of this research, both genders had favorable Attitudes of Physical Education as a subject during their college years. Physical Education was appreciated by the students as a source of fitness, mental health, and fun.
