Factors influencing speech outcomes in children aged 4-15 years are comprehensively examined alongside treatment recommendations provided by therapists. The findings underscore the critical importance of early screening and the implementation of tailored interventions, including the application of assistive technology, to enhance speech and language skills. This research aims to address existing gaps in the understanding and support of children with speech disorders, particularly those with neurodevelopmental conditions. By providing insights into effective treatment strategies and emphasizing the need for culturally sensitive approaches, the study contributes to the broader discourse on pediatric speech and language pathology in Pakistan.
