Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Privacy Statement

JRCR values its trust and relationship with all authors and reviewers. Protecting the personal information and privacy of authors and reviewers is of great importance to us. Authors and reviewers must read privacy statements and instructions carefully.

All authors and reviewers are requested to read this policy, if there is any clarification or question, please contact at concerned.

  1. Authors personal Information:
  • While contacting us, during manuscript submission, enquiries, reviewing, participation in discussion or providing any service, individuals may contact us through email. During contact, information provided to us must include Name, email address, contact number, mailing address, educational details, subject and technical expertise etc.
  • JRCR retain all information shared with us, safely in office record for a period of 5 years and is only used for the purpose it is meant for.
  • We keep personal information encrypted with password in electronic record. In some cases, paper format may be kept under strict lock and key.
  1. Author’s/ reviewer’s right
  • JRCR would take care of all rights of authors, reviewers and other coordinators according to data ownership, intellectual property rights and other protection regulations of the country Pakistan. It is also suggested for concerned persons to develop full understanding of their rights according to policies at national level.
