Abstract

This randomized control trial focused on two groups of female cricketers meeting inclusion criteria and expressing willingness to participate. Utilizing SPSS, normality was assessed using the Shapiro-Wilk test, confirming the data's normal distribution (p > 0.05). The results highlighted statistically significant mean age and standard deviation for both age and weight. Notably, a significant disparity in overall functional movement scores emerged between Group A and Group B, with Group A demonstrating superior outcomes. Employing parametric tests due to normally distributed data, paired sample t-tests gauged pre- and post-intervention differences. The resulting p-values, falling below 0.05, led to the rejection of the null hypothesis. Consequently, it can be concluded that the incorporation of neuromuscular techniques alongside a basic regimen yields superior results in this context.
