Abstract
This study explores the role of AI in reshaping Human Resource Outcomes with the
mediating effect of employee training. AI is transforming HR outcomes by amplifying efficiency,
decision making and employee engagement. The extent to which the AI driven HR practices such
as organization outcomes has remained unexplored particularly in the presence of employee
training. This systematic literature review utilizes mixed method approach from 2019 to 2025 to
investigate how AI adoption in HRM practices effects workforce outcomes and whether employee
training mediates this relationship. This study analyzes articles from major databases e.g. Emerald
and Science direct and uses qualitative analysis. In this study we provide a comprehensive review
of literature and use Technological acceptance model and resource based view theory. This finding
indicates that while AI Technologies can positively transform HR practices, the effectiveness of
these outcomes is significantly enhanced by the mediator. The review highlights existing research
gaps and propose future agenda to better understand the interplay between AI integration and
employee development in driving strategic HR success.
