Open Access Statement

All journals from UOL Publisher, including the Journal of Law, Justice and Human Rights, follow an Open Access policy which allows no-subscription or paywall access to all content published.

Through Open Policy Publishing, UOL Publisher allows all researchers, educators, students, and the public to engage with and utilise the scholarly work published.

All articles published under UOL Publisher are licensed through the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). Under this license, published works can be used, copied, and distributed in any form without any limitations, if proper credit is given to the author and the source. This model supports our policies on transparency, inclusivity, and open collaboration.

UOL Publisher follows the open access rules set by research funders and institutions. This ensures that authors can meet the requirements of their research grants, while also making their work freely available to a broader audience.

All content is stored and managed in reliable repositories, such as the Internet Archive, and administered through OJS (Open Journal Systems), which ensures dependable digital preservation and perpetual access, thereby facilitating permanent access to the published content.

The goal of UOL Publisher in adopting a sustainable Open Access model is to enhance the visibility, accessibility, and global impact of academic research, thus fostering innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration within scholarly domains.
