Instructions to Authors

 

The authors will follow the guidelines provided below for submission of their manuscripts:

        i. Manuscript Format:

Guidelines for manuscript format would be as under:

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • Use standard A4 or letter-size paper with 1-inch margins.
  • The text should be double-spaced.
  • Use a clear and legible font preferably Times New Roman.
  • Font size should be 12 points for the main text.
  • Main heading must be 14 points and sub-headings 12 points in bold.

     ii. Manuscript Structure:

Manuscript must include the following sections:

  • Title Page: Include the title, author(s) names and affiliations, corresponding author's contact information, and any acknowledgments.
  • Abstract: A concise summary of the study, typically between 150-250 words.
  • Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords that describe your manuscript.
  • Introduction: Clearly state the research question, objectives, and the context of the study.
  • Material & Methods: Describe the research material and methods used in your study.
  • Results: Present the key findings of your research.
  • Discussion: Analyze and interpret the results, discussing their implications.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main points of the study and its significance.
  • References: Cite all sources used in your manuscript using the specified referencing style.

   iii. Referencing Style:

Mentioned below is the format in which different sources must be cited

  1. BOOK

List of References

Include information in the following order:

  • author's name,
  • title of publication (in italics),
  • edition (if applicable. Abbreviated as 'edn'),
  • year of publication,
  • format (book),
  • publisher,
  • place of publication.

  • year of publication,
  • place (if available),
  • format (GP),
  • accessed day month year (the date you last viewed the document),

References will be provided in foot notes, as well, and Bibliography at the end of the research work.

   iv. Figures and Tables:

All figures and tables should be numbered and have descriptive captions.

Figures and tables should be of high quality and included within the manuscript at the appropriate locations.

Provide the source of any previously published figures or tables in the captions.

If your manuscript contains more than a few figures and tables, a separate list of figures and tables should be included.

Ensure that figures and tables are clear, legible, and properly labeled.

      v. Manuscript Submission:

Manuscript would be submitted accompanying a cover letter from the author to the editor through active submission portal to the managing editor or through the provided email. After successful submission of the manuscript, a certificate of acceptance would be issued within 7-10 working days. Manuscript must be original and not have been previously published or submitted for publication anywhere. It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to provide consent in the form of declaration on behalf of the rest of the authors where there are more than one authors.
