Copyright Policy

• Author Rights: Authors retain the copyright of their submitted manuscripts. However, by publishing with LBS-JOMA, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to distribute, archive, and promote their work.
• License: Published articles will be available under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) License, allowing others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.
• Permission for Third-Party Use: Authors are responsible for securing permissions for any copyrighted materials used in their manuscripts.
• Retraction and Corrections: In cases of ethical violations or errors, the journal reserves the right to retract or correct published articles following COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

LBS-JOMA follows COPE guidelines for all its licensing procedures
