• Open Access: LBS-JOMA follows an open-access publishing model, ensuring free and unrestricted access to published research.
• Article Processing Charges (APCs): There are no article processing charges.
• Double-Blind Peer Review: All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure quality and integrity.
• Archiving & Indexing: The journal ensures long-term digital preservation through indexing in major databases like Google Scholar, Scopus (upon eligibility), and DOAJ (soon).
• Preprint and Postprint Policy: Authors may share preprints on recognized repositories before submission, provided they disclose prior postings at the time of submission.
